EXCHANGE – We happily offer exchanges on all products. Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached. Please note, that exchanges are limited to once per order. Packages that don’t fulfill the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. Please Note Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again.
RETURN – If you prefer a return, no problem! We offer store credit, valid for 6 months, so you can find something else you’ll love.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
● You can apply for the exchange/return of a product at Aks and ad by raising a request by emailing us or messaging us through whats app
● In the email pls do mention your order no and registered email/contact and send a video of unboxing the product/package also provide a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images, and the exchange request is successfully placed
● In case of defective or incorrect products, it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
● It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected
● Once your request is approved, our team will contact you to select a product that you wish to exchange with.
● The customer will have to self-ship the products within 48 hours after the return request is raised. The courier amount will be strictly borne by the customer and will be non-refundable.
● For self-shipped returns, the customer may be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt at info@aksandad.com.
● We also have a pick service to facilitate the exchange. However, this service will be chargeable and non-refundable.
● Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as proof for any disputes in the future.
● We request you to please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
● For all self-shipped exchanges, please use a reliable courier service.

● Items for exchange must be unused and not damaged.
● The items should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
● Items on sale will not be applicable for returns or exchanges.
● Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
● Discount coupons/reward points/store credit/gift cards will not be applicable for sale items or items from brands other than Urban Suburban.
● Once the exchange product is received by us, only after the Quality Check of the product is
performed by our team, and the product is found in proper condition, will the new product go out in exchange. the exchange timeline can take up to 7 to 10 working days.
● PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED – You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in the courier company’s policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is to accepting any complaints post 72 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is a delay in informing from your end.

HOW TO HAND OVER AN EXCHANGE PARCEL All exchanged items must be unused, and returned with original packaging and tags. Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit .Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.
COLOR DIFFERENCE – The color in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
